“​DESIGN PARTNERS” refers exclusively to current or former jury panel members who have been employed by or affiliated with the Firm in a professional capacity. This designation is intended solely as a descriptive term to clarify the roles of such individuals and does not create, imply, or endorse any formal partnership, joint venture, or other legal relationship beyond the scope stated herein. Any mention of “DESIGN PARTNERS” should be construed in accordance with this definition and not as a representation of any broader business or legal association.
“MEDIA PARTNERS” refers solely to platforms or entities with which Design Unlimited has agreed to engage in long-term promotional activities or that have featured Design Unlimited’s announcements (e.g., competition launches, winner announcements). This term is used purely for descriptive purposes and does not establish, imply, or endorse any formal partnership, joint venture, or other legal relationship beyond the stated promotional collaboration.  Any mention of “MEDIA PARTNERS” should be construed in accordance with this definition and not as a representation of any broader business or legal association.
“ACADEMIC PARTNERS” refers exclusively to educational institutions that have integrated the competition into their courses or curricula, promoted the competition internally, or are associated with past or current winners. This designation is used solely for descriptive purposes and does not create, imply, or endorse any formal partnership, joint venture, or other legal relationship beyond such stated collaboration. Any mention of “ACADEMIC PARTNERS” should be construed in accordance with this definition and not as a representation of any broader business or legal association.
